We arrived home at 9 p.m. from a vacation and found our house 84 degrees. AC had completely kicked the bucket. I called Bitter and they immediately brought out four window units to get me through until they could fix it. After having the whole unit replaced, things still weren’t working right. Before I could call them to come check it out, the new unit flooded the bathroom below it. It turns out it was a faulty unit and not Bitter’s fault. They completely replaced it with another new unit and had the Sheetrock and paint redone. It was quite a mess and hassle, but Bitter communicated and took care of me every step of the way. I hope I don’t have to call an HVAC company for another decade, but if I do I know who it’ll be.

Upon arrival, Dusty introduced himself and started the inspection process. Very professional, knowledgeable, and answered any questions about both systems. Would give Dusty a 5, however, process a 3. Office twice promised a window of service that was not met. A simple phone call stating technician would be late by 90 minutes and another time by 35 minutes.
